Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use apply to Prayer Alert, packagecom.entegrators.prayeralert, provided by Entegrators. By installing or using Prayer Alert, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License to use the application

Subject to these terms, Entegrators grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Prayer Alert on compatible Android devices for lawful personal use.

No account or paid service

Prayer Alert is free and does not provide user accounts, paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or payment processing. There are no account credentials or paid-service entitlements associated with the app.

Prayer-time estimates

Location and calculation settings

Results depend on latitude, longitude, device timezone, the selected calculation method, and any Fiqh or madhab override. Incorrect, outdated, unavailable, or manually entered values can change the displayed times. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate to your circumstances and local practice.

Alarm and notification delivery

Alarm and notification delivery can be delayed, suppressed, or prevented by battery optimization, Do Not Disturb, notification or exact-alarm permissions, full-screen access, manufacturer-specific behavior, background restrictions, device shutdown, clock or timezone errors, and other Android system conditions. Entegrators does not guarantee that any alarm or reminder will appear or sound at a particular time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming prayer times, maintaining correct location and timezone settings, selecting suitable calculation and Fiqh preferences, granting or revoking permissions, configuring alarm volume and Do Not Disturb behavior, and checking that your device can deliver the alerts you rely on.

Appropriate-use restrictions

You must not misuse Prayer Alert, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the app in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Prayer Alert’s original branding, design, content, and application code are owned by or licensed to Entegrators. Android, Google Play, Firebase, and third-party libraries and services remain subject to their respective owners’ rights, licenses, and terms.

Third-party services

Prayer Alert may interact with Android system services, a device-configured geocoding provider, Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play in-app updates. Those services are operated by third parties and may be unavailable, changed, or governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prayer Alert is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, precise timing, religious correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device or Android version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entegrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use Prayer Alert, including reliance on a prayer-time estimate, missed or delayed alarms, device configuration, location or timezone errors, system restrictions, or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and termination

Entegrators may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue Prayer Alert or any feature. The effective date will be revised when updated terms are published. Your license ends if you materially breach these terms; you may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
